In the past two months, I’ve graduated from college, married the love of my life and moved to Cincinnati. In short, there hasn’t been a lot of down time.
But now that we’re settled in, we’ve started exploring the City of Seven Hills. There’s so much to see, and it’s been hard deciding what to do first. My husband found the Cincinnati Bucket List, which we plan to follow and add our own “must-sees” along the way.
So far, we’ve only accomplished one thing on the “official” bucket list: strolling Findlay Market. A Cincinnati staple since 1852, Findlay Market has a little bit of everything. Fresh fruits and vegetables are the norm at most markets, but Findlay also offers fresh meat, seafood and baked goods. There also stands where you can grab a bite to eat.
TIP: When you go, stash a cooler with some ice in the trunk of your car to transport your goodies home.
Findlay Market, 1801 Race Street, Cincinnati
